Here's the first question: Q: How do you set up the MS Word foreign language spellchecker in the FLRC to check the spelling in a text file in a particular language? A:The correct way to do this is not altogether obvious when you look at the spellcheck setup menu: 1. Select: Tools>Language>Set Language 2. Select the language from the menu, then (here's the tricky part) click on the "Default" button. In the resulting second dialog box, click on the "Yes" button. 3. THEN click OK in the first box to put it away. Done. |
